The brewing process starts in the Grain room. Here, Headbrewer Dave pours the required amount of premium two-row malted barley and specialty grains into the Grain mill. The mill prepares the grains for brewing by cracking the kernals to impart the full flavor into the 14+ varieties of Dick's brews.
