Deep and toasty, yet drinkable red ale. Lots of specialty grains in the mash really make this beer. Well roasted Munich malt and rich caramel malt contribute depth and richness of flavor, good body and mouthfeel, and a beautiful red color.

We then add a melanoidin malt which is what gives the Irish its unique "toasty" flavor. English style hops and yeast make it a favorite with everyone.
