Lighter, refreshing Belgian-style ale. This mash consists of a small quantity of Munich and caramel malts for a light body and color. A larger percentage of wheat malt gives this beer it's crispness and drinkability.

It is hopped sparingly for minimal bitterness and mellow hop flavor and aroma. We ferment with a classic Belgian yeast strain which gives this beer unique fruity esters.
